Overview

Management candidates at this level need be prove a variety of skills such as chairing meetings decision making. Candidates will be skilled in identifying, assessing and evaluating project requirements, preparing procurement schedules and programmes of works, planning measured surveys as well as developing and agreeing detailed project designs in construction contracting operations management.

Candidates will be assessed to the industry recognised National Occupational Standards (NOS) that have been developed by the Sector Skills Council (SSC).
